Bolt Burgers + Shakes

Bolt Burgers and Shakes is an independent, locally owned and operated fast casual burger joint that opened in February of 2021.  The owner is a Colorado native who grew up in the Pueblo area and loves to draw inspiration for the menu from her local favorites and childhood memories.  By taking the classic burger joint concept and modernizing it with fresh ingredients and fun flavors, we hope to bring a unique and delicious experience to both our locals and interstate travelers!  

 

How are we different from the run of the mill burger joint?  We focus on fresh, made in-house dishes and source better ingredients.  We use fresh Angus beef and we hand batter/bread all of our proteins including chicken, pork schnitzel, shrimp and beer-battered fish.  Our sauces are made in-house and we strive to find the best ingredients we can.  We also offer house-made treats freshly made out of our bakery daily.  We have partnered with Solar Roast Coffee which is local to Pueblo so that we can offer the best cup of coffee around!  Our ever expanding milkshake menu also sets us apart, with rotating seasonal specials.  We now offer over 35 flavors of milkshakes and malts! 

 

How are we the same as the old time familiar burger joint?  We care about our community and customers and hope to be a neighborhood staple as we continue to grow.  Our goal is always to make hot and fresh, delicious food and frosty cold shakes that leave an impression of familiar comforts and simpler times.
